Characteristics of LD steel
LD steel is a type of cold working die steel, which has high strength, toughness and wear resistance, high bending strength, excellent cold and hot processing technology, small heat treatment distortion and strong versatility.
LD steel application:
LD steel performance is better than Cr12 type high carbon and high-speed steel 6Mo5Cr4V2, with higher strength and toughness, and has better wear resistance, the application of increasingly common. It can be used to make bolt cold heading edge cutting die, cold heading light punching die, car spring punching die, bicycle axle cold extrusion die, silicon steel sheet punching die and so on.
