S136 die steel use

S136 steel and S136H difference
S136H die steel is pre-hardened, but the hardness is not very high, at about HRC30 degrees, there is no need to do heat treatment.
S136 die steel is a quenching material, very soft, need to be quenched to use, after quenching hardness can reach HRC48-52 degrees.
Comparison of s136 die steel and NAK80
1) Hardness is different, NAK80 is a pre-hardened die steel, factory hardness HRC38-41. After hardening, the hardness of S136 can reach HRC48-52.
2) The polishing performance of the mirror is different, and the polishing performance of s136 is better than that of nak80.
3) Different applications. NAK80 is mainly used for mirror polishing plastic products, do not need rust-proof plastic mold. S136 can be used for high mirror polishing plastic products, such as: optical mirror plastic products, and require anti-corrosion and anti-rust plastic mold.
