Q235
Q355B carbon steel
Q355B is a widely used low-alloy high-strength structural steel known for its excellent mechanical properties, weldability, and versatility in engineering applications. It belongs to China’s GB/T standard series and is designed for structural components requiring higher strength than ordinary carbon steels (e.g., Q235), making it a staple in construction, machinery, and automotive industries.
S45C steel
S45C steel is made of pure static steel by electric furnace, open furnace or pure oxygen converter steelmaking process. The steel has uniform microstructure and no organizational defects. The carbon content of the steel is more than 0.4%, and the wear resistance is excellent, but the ductility is reduced.
SAE4340 Alloy steel
SAE 4340 is a high-strength nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy steel renowned for its exceptional toughness, high tensile strength, and excellent hardenability. It is widely regarded as a workhorse in industries requiring components to withstand heavy loads, impact, and cyclic stress, such as aerospace, automotive, and heavy machinery.
SAE8620H Alloy steel
SAE 8620H is a widely used carburizing alloy steel known for its excellent combination of toughness, wear resistance, and hardenability. The "H" in its designation indicates it is produced to hardenability limits, ensuring consistent heat treatment performance across batches. It is widely applied in industries requiring high surface hardness and core toughness, such as automotive, machinery, and aerospace.
SKS3 tool Steel
SKS3 die steel is a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel suitable for making cold work dies and plastic dies
SS400 Steel
SS400 steel is a commonly used rolled steel for ordinary structures
SS400 steel
SS400 is a widely used general structural carbon steel defined by Japanese industrial standards (JIS). It is known for its balanced mechanical properties, excellent weldability, and cost-effectiveness, making it a staple in construction, machinery, and manufacturing industries globally.
ST12 steel
ST12 is a widely used cold-rolled low-carbon steel known for its excellent formability, weldability, and affordability. It is primarily utilized in general-purpose manufacturing where easy shaping and cost-effectiveness are prioritized, such as in automotive components, home appliances, and metal fabrication.
SUJ2 bearing steel
SUJ2 bearing steel High carbon chromium bearing steel with less alloy content, good performance and wide application
YK30 tool steel
YK30 tool steel High strength, suitable for a variety of cold processing applications, is a general purpose oil-quenched carbon tool steel
