Excellent processability and excellent anodizing effect
① 6063 aluminum alloy material. The main alloying elements are magnesium and silicon, which have processing properties, excellent extrusiveness and electroplating properties, good corrosion resistance, toughness, easy polishing and coloring film, excellent anodizing effect, and are typical extruded alloys. 6063 aluminum alloy profiles are widely used in building profiles, irrigation pipes, pipes, rods, profiles for vehicles, benches, furniture, elevators, fences, etc. due to their good plasticity, moderate heat treatment strength, good performance, and gorgeous surface color after anodizing treatment.
② 6063 belongs to the Al Mg Si high plasticity alloy with low alloying. It has many valuable characteristics: 1. Heat treatment strengthening, high impact toughness, and no damage to gaps. 2. Excellent performance and corrosion resistance, with no tendency towards stress corrosion cracking. Among heat treatable aluminum alloys, Al Mg Si series alloys have not been found to exhibit stress corrosion cracking. After processing, the surface is very smooth and easy to anodize and color. The disadvantage is that after quenching, if left at room temperature for a period of time, it will have an adverse effect on the strength during aging (parking effect).
